Quality Assurance

Guiding every project undertaken by RETTEW are quality of design, cost control and budget, energy consciousness and conservation, environmental impact, and scheduling. In order to conform to these guidelines, a key member of the firm is always personally in charge of each project from beginning to completion. This single source of leadership and responsibility assures the highest level of performance and service. RETTEW’s unwavering commitment to understanding and achieving the ultimate goals of your project is a corporate-wide standard that sets us apart from other firms. This commitment is woven throughout our day-to-day operations, acting as a catalyst for exceeding your expectations for quality. The needs and specific project goals of you, our client, drive our services. Our internal systems and management are organized logically so that all employees can easily understand your specific project goals and ensure that these goals are met with speed and accuracy to produce quality services.

Quality control plans are an additional step that RETTEW has to ensure that only quality products are delivered to clients. These plans go hand-in-hand with the project wellness system. All projects have a quality control plan completed at their initiation. The plan creates appropriate forms to ensure quality is achieved and enables the team to understand what will be checked and when. Teams in each department have a QA/QC coordinator who monitors process and ensures adherence to policy. Annually, each department is audited for their QA/QC project plans to ensure that the standards are met. What this means for individual projects is that a plan will be put in place prior to the start of the project, and all deliverables will be checked before receipt by the client. At the request of the client, quality control plans can be reviewed to ensure the client’s expectations are met.
