The Challenge
High Real Estate Group wanted to establish a power/lifestyle center on an inactive industrial site. Recycling the site would bring new economic growth to the community without additional unwanted “sprawl.” This new commercial center would provide a one-stop shopping opportunity unlike any other in York. Situated at U.S. Route 30 and Mount Zion Road, this center would offer an easily accessible, convenient location with a variety of dining and shopping venues. |

Our Answer
RETTEW is providing a wide range of services beginning with the initial due diligence to determine the maximum leasable square footage. Existing conditions, topographic limitations, floodplain restrictions, and zoning limitations are determining factors in the design of the site concept plans. Coordination with local, county, and state jurisdictions to obtain approvals will enable all necessary studies, reports, and design plans to proceed. Through this work, RETTEW is assisting in providing the community with an enjoyable, unique shopping experience at a convenient location.
