RETTEW has a new Director.
Our GeoEnvironmental Services group, which guides clients through environmental due diligence to assess properties for contamination risk, is now being led by Matt Bruckner.
A licensed Professional Geologist, Matt will steer the firm’s broad expertise in water resourcing, remediation, and environmental compliance. His team can investigate and evaluate sites in the energy, industrial, and commercial markets to uncover liabilities, as well as manage hazardous materials and prepare for the unexpected.
Matt’s leadership roles at RETTEW have included managing our largest single project in the energy industry, mentoring professional staff at all levels, and building strong client relationships. He first joined the company in 2008 as a Project Manager and regularly gained more responsibility as he advanced to his most recent position of Group Manager.
Matt is known for asking detailed questions to formulate the best plan, responding to client needs, and solving problems. His office walls are covered in topography maps, and his team knows a good Calvin and Hobbes comic strip will make him laugh.
Matt will oversee about 30 staff in eight offices. He has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Cedarville College and a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Millersville University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Professional Geologists.
