Act 13 Programs – Marcellus Legacy Fund Deadline

Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (PA DCED) and Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA)
CFA is accepting applications for seven programs funded through Act 13 of 2012. Applicants are strongly urged to share their intent to apply with their Pennsylvania state representative and state senator. Did You Know? If you plan to apply to the PA DCNR’s Community Conservation Partnership Program (C2P2), the Act 13 funding opportunities Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program and Watershed Restoration and Protection Program will fund similar types of projects and can be used to match C2P2.
