CAP Implementation Grant Summer 2026 Deadline

August 31

LANCASTER CLEAN WATER PARTNERS and LANCASTER COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT

In 2026, the Lancaster Clean Water Partners and Lancaster County Conservation District serve as Lancaster’s Countywide Application Plan (CAP) Coordinator team to co-administer the CAP Implementation Grant from the PA Department of Environmental Protection. CAP funding supports local projects that improve water quality, reduce pollution, and advance watershed restoration goals across Lancaster County, while helping partners accelerate implementation and achieve measurable environmental results. Projects that are designed, have an accurate cost estimate, and permits (if needed) will be prioritized first. Projects that have completed design work and have an accurate cost estimate but are not permitted will be prioritized second. Projects which are not designed are eligible but will be prioritized third. 

Eligible Entities: Municipalities, nonprofits, or landowners
Award Amount: Varies
Required Match: Not required but leveraged funds help
Applications Due: August 31, 2026
