Dauphin County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program Deadline

Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, this program provides funding to local and state governments throughout the country. To be eligible for a CDBG, all projects must meet one of three national objectives: benefit at least 51% of low- and moderate-income persons, aid in the prevention or clearance of slum and blight, or meet an urgent need.

Eligible Entities: Municipalities and legally established nonprofit community service organizations may apply for any of the three types of activities: public facilities, other real property, and public service activities.

All CDBG applicants must demonstrate full financing for their submitted project, including a detailed budget outlining the sources of all funds, uses of all funds, and how costs will be allocated to the CDBG program.
