PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (DCED) 

LSA – Statewide grants are available for projects in the public interest that improve the quality of life in the community and have a total eligible project cost of $25,000 or more. Grant requests shall not exceed $1 million for any project. Eligible projects must be owned and maintained by an eligible applicant or a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization.

To apply: A Keystone Login account is required. Submit the electronic (online) Department of Community & Economic Development Single Application for Assistance located at grants.pa.gov.  All LSA applications require a $100 non-refundable fee to be paid electronically prior to the certification and submission of the Electronic Single Application. Please refer to the program guidelines for application details.

Eligible Entities: Pennsylvania counties, municipalities, municipal authorities, economic development agencies, redevelopment authorities, land banks, and councils of government
