LSA – Category 4 Facilities Program (Berks, Cumberland, Westmoreland, and York Counties) Due

September 30

PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (DCED) 

 

LSA Category 4 Facilities Program distributes gaming revenues from Category 4 licensed facilities to support projects that improve the quality of life for citizens in the communities. Projects must be owned and maintained by an eligible applicant or a nonprofit organization and be located within a county hosting a Category 4 licensed gaming facility.

To apply: A Keystone Login account is required. Submit the electronic (online) Department of Community & Economic Development Single Application for Assistance located at grants.pa.gov.  All LSA applications require a $100 non-refundable fee to be paid electronically prior to the certification and submission of the Electronic Single Application. Please refer to the program guidelines for application details.

Eligible Entities: Applicants located in Berks, Cumberland, Westmoreland, and York Counties, including counties, municipalities, economic development agencies, redevelopment authorities, land banks, and councils of government
Award Amount: Varies based on the specific project requirements
Required Match: Not required
Applications Due: September 30, 2026
