$775.00This course is conducted over four days and is ideal for safety coordinators, safety committee members, human resource managers, site crew leaders, project superintendents, estimators, and anyone else with responsibility for safety compliance where construction activities occur. The course covers topics such as an in-depth review of OSHA rights and responsibilities; how to handle an inspection and how to use OSHA standards; hazard communications including OSHA regulatory update and GHS/HazCom requirements; personal protective equipment; fall protection; caught in between and struck by hazards such as construction equipment, cranes and rigging, and excavation safety; scaffolding; stairs and ladders; hazard recognition; and site inspections. Upon completion, each student will receive a 30-hour card issued from the Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) that does not expire.
