$325.00This PEC Basic Orientation Training is a one-day awareness program that meets the American Petroleum Institute recommended practice requirements (75 and T-1) and provides a basic understanding of general safety and environmental issues an employee should know before performing their assigned work duties at natural gas sites. This orientation is accepted by many of the leading oil and gas operators. The course includes training and testing on topics such as proper workplace attitude, hazard communications, rigging, lock-out and tag-out, fall protection, confined space, and terrorism response awareness. Upon the successful completion of the course, each student is issued a PEC Premier SafeLand picture identification card with a unique barcode, and the student information is then stored in an online database. NOTE: Each student must present valid photo identification (e.g., driver’s license).
