Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant – Round 2 Deadline

The RAISE Grant Program aids communities throughout the nation with complete critical freight and passenger transportation infrastructure projects. Applicants who submit capital grant applications for projects in rural areas must request at least $1 million in RAISE funding. Applicants who submit capital grant applications for projects in urban areas must request at least $5 million in RAISE funding. There is no minimum funding request requirement for planning grant applications. A series of webinars that reviews the application process is offered for prospective RAISE applicants. Applying for a RAISE grant is a multi-step process that also requires registering with the System for Award Management (SAM) and Grants.gov. Allow yourself enough time to get registered on each site as it can take several weeks.
