Pennsylvania’s Municipal Signal Partnership Program (Green Light-Go)
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
This program is designed to improve the efficiency and operation of existing traffic signals in Pennsylvania. Funds may be used for a range of operational improvements with a useful life of not less than five years upon project completion.
• Eligibility – Municipalities, counties, and planning organizations (including cities, boroughs, and townships with existing signals)
• Award Amount – Total funding available is approximately $10 million
• Required Match – 20% minimum
• Applications Due – January 10, 2020

Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) State and Local Assistance Program
Department of the Interior, National Park Service
This program assists in preserving, developing, and assuring the quality and quantity of outdoor recreation resources. Funds are available for projects that acquire lands and waters for parks and other public outdoor recreation purposes and develop new or renovate existing outdoor recreation facilities, such as community parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, campgrounds, trails, swimming pools, and sports fields.

Five Star and Urban Waters Restoration Program
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF)
This program aims to develop community capacity to sustain local natural resources for future generations by providing modest financial assistance to diverse local partnerships focused on improving water quality, watersheds, and the species and habitats they support.
• Eligibility – Non-profit 501(c) organizations, state government agencies, local governments, municipal governments, and educational institutions
• Award Amount – Approximately $1.5 million nationwide (awards range from $25,000 to $50,000)
