Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF)

Canoe Access Development Fund (CADF)
Watershed Conservation Program – Western Pennsylvania Conservancy (WPC)
Funds are available to develop and improve access sites on the region’s rivers and streams where people can kayak or canoe, with an emphasis on easier whitewater suitable for novice paddlers.

PA Small Water and Sewer Program
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)
A total of $40 million is available for small water, sewer, storm sewer, and flood control infrastructure projects with a total project cost of not less than $30,000 and not more than $500,000.
• Eligibility – Municipalities and municipal authorities
• Award Amount – Up to $425,000
• Required Match – 15% minimum of eligible project cost

H2O PA Programs
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)
A total of $24 million is available through H2O PA, which provides single-year and multi-year grants for:
Water and Sewer – construction of drinking water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer projects
High Hazard Dam – repair, rehabilitation, or removal of all or part of a high hazard unsafe dam
Flood Control – construction, improvement. repair, or rehabilitation of all or part of a flood control system.
