Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant

This program helps communities throughout the nation with complete critical freight and passenger transportation infrastructure projects. A series of webinars that reviews the application process is offered for prospective RAISE applicants. Application information and FAQs are also available on their website.

Chesapeake Bay Green Streets, Green Jobs, Green Towns (G3) Grant

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region III, West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, and the Chesapeake Bay Trust

The goal of this program is to help communities develop and implement plans that reduce stormwater runoff, increase the number and amount of green spaces in urban areas, improve the health of local waters and the Chesapeake Bay, and enhance quality of life and community livability. Offering six project tracks, the G3 grant program is open to local governments, such as municipalities, nonprofit organizations, neighborhood/community associations, and other nonprofit entities with project locations in the specified area.

Community Conservation Partnership Program (C2P2)

Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources

C2P2 grants provide funding for projects related to parks, recreation, and conservation. Eligible entities include municipalities, municipal agencies/authorities, conservation districts, school districts, colleges/universities, nonprofit organizations, designated heritage areas, prequalified land trusts, and state agencies. Funding is available for the following types of projects:
