Automated Red Light Enforcement (ARLE) Funding Program
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
Approximately $12 million is available through the ARLE Program for local governments, planning organizations, and Commonwealth agencies. Funds may be used for a range of safety and mobility projects, including roadway safety, mobility, and capacity upgrades; bicycle and pedestrian improvements; local technical assistance programs; and traffic signal improvements.

North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) – U.S. Standard Grants
U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS)
The U.S. Standard Grants Program supports public-private partnerships carrying out projects involving long-term protection, restoration, and/or enhancement of wetlands and associated uplands habitats. Applicants are encouraged to partner with other organizations and individuals.
• Award Amount: $100,000 to $1 million
• Required Match: 50%

Multimodal Transportation Fund
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)
The Multimodal Transportation Fund provides grants to encourage economic development and ensure a safe and reliable system of transportation is available to residents of the commonwealth. Funds may be used for the development, rehabilitation, and enhancement of transportation assets in existing communities, including streetscape, lighting, sidewalks, pedestrian safety, connectivity of transportation assets, and transit-oriented projects.
• Award Amount: $3 million maximum
• Required Match: 30%
