2022 Dauphin County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program

Dauphin County Economic Development Corporation

Funds are available for projects that align with planned activities included in the County’s Annual Action Plan and that are directed toward providing decent affordable housing, upgrading public infrastructure, assisting in the provision of public services, assisting first-time homebuyers, and advancing affordable housing.

• Award Amount: Anticipated total funding allocation of $1.45 million
• Required Match: Determined on a case-by-case basis
Applications Due: Friday, November 5, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.


FY 2022-23 Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF)

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)

Funds are available for projects that coordinate local land use with transportation assets to enhance existing communities; improve streetscape, lighting, sidewalk facilities, and pedestrian safety; improve connectivity or utilization of existing transportation assets; or advance transit-oriented-development.

• Award Amount: $3 million maximum
• Required Match: 30 percent
• Applications Due: Friday, November 5, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.


FY 2021 Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant Program

Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA)

Funds are available through two mitigation grant programs — Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA). These programs support communities undertaking hazard mitigation projects, reducing risks from future disasters and natural hazards.

• Award Amount: $1 million per applicant
• Required Match: 25 percent
Letters of Intent Due: Friday, October 15, 2021
• Applications Due: Friday, November 19, 2021 by 5:00 p.m.
