RETTEW, a leading engineering and consulting firm, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with an Ohio Survey licensure to join our team.
The position involves project management for Survey and GIS-related projects predominantly throughout Ohio, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania. The candidate will manage the field and office staff and provide guidance to junior team members, ensure the delivery of quality products and services to RETTEW clients, and play a key role in the growth of the Survey/GIS department.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform calculations associated with ALTA, Boundary, and Construction Surveys
• Oversee property boundary surveys
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
• Supervise office and field staff
• Review and interpret deeds, easements, plats, construction plans, and title work
• Experience in courthouse research
• Experience with total stations, GPS equipment, and levels
REQUIREMENTS
• Ohio Professional Surveyor License
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in the office and field
• Licensure in other states is a plus
• ORD survey deliverable experience a plus
