Our innovative and growing company is looking for a Safety Training Manager to support the Safety Consulting team in our Mechanicsburg office.  

Candidate must live within driving distance to our Mechanicsburg Office or willing to relocate.  Currently, we are not accepting international applicants for this position.  The applicant must live in the US and not require a sponsored visa.

This is a fantastic opportunity! Our Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, location boasts an impressive training center, including a high-tech classroom capable of accommodating 50 students. Alongside the classroom is a 4,000 square-foot hands-on training facility filled with safety equipment and simulation devices to allow for the application of real-world examples a worker would encounter in the field.

  • Develops training for employees/clients
  • Inputs data into various administrative databases and spreadsheet applications
  • Help drivers improve safety driving performance through effective training and communication
  • Ensures/coordinates compliance with all OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company policy procedure requirements for HSE Construction/Field activities
  • Assists in development of new training materials, programs, systems or procedures for construction/field related safety issues
  • Delivery of health, safety and environmental programs to field employees
  • Effectively works independently or as a member of a project team
  • Investigates  accidents and injuries and complaints concerning hazards or  uncomfortable conditions sustained at the training center


  • Knowledge of, or experience of working in, the construction and/or industrial work spaces
  • Knowledge of emergency response equipment, disciplines, and procedures
  • Knowledge of health and hygiene exposures and equipment
  • Internal stakeholder and client management capability
  • Must possess strong planning/organizational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Able to work various times/schedules to accommodate training class times.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Safety and Environment Management or related science/engineering area preferred
  • 5+ Years’ Experience functional areas such as occupational safety, environmental, or academic equivalent preferred
  • Technical qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety 10/30Hr
  • Authorized Trainer First Aid/CPR
  • Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and Word preferred 
  • Experience in providing various safety related training topics including but not limited to: 

          OSHA Outreach Training – 10/30 hr. Construction and/or General Industry

          First Aid, CPR AED and BBP

          Personal Protective Equipment

          Lockout-Tagout and Electrical Safety

          Permit Required Confined Spaces

          Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER)

          Fall Protection 

          Scaffolding safety

          Mobile equipment: Rough/Hard Tire Forklift, Aerial lift, scissor lift
