For Garth Williams, a Health & Safety Technician on RETTEW’s Health, Safety & Environment team, fall is more than just a season—it’s a celebration of all his favorite things: football, warm sweaters, comfort food, and the anticipation of the holidays (not to mention his birthday). When he’s not working, you might find him playing guitar at an open mic night, gaming, or indulging in his favorite, albeit unique, snack: popcorn dipped in mustard—always dipped like a chip, never drizzled.

Garth’s interests are as varied as they are personal. A car enthusiast with a special love for Corvettes, he developed this passion while working on the cars alongside his dad. If given the opportunity to have dinner with anyone, Garth would like to break bread with Teddy Roosevelt—whom he calls “a cool dude”—especially since Garth’s great-grandfather was the last living Rough Rider.

Professionally, Garth brings over a decade of experience in safety compliance, quality assurance, and facilities operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in safety science from Millersville University and enjoys the variety his role at RETTEW offers. “There’s always something to learn,” he says—a mindset that reflects both his curiosity and his commitment to continuous improvement.
