BJ Batterson Promoted to Vice President of Facilities and Construction
RETTEW is pleased to announce the promotion of BJ Batterson to Vice President of our Facilities & Construction practice. BJ is moving from his current role as Regional Practice Director for Region 2 in the Facilities & Construction practice.
BJ has more than 15 years of experience in project management and engineering across various industries, including commercial and residential development, energy, and industrial. His technical expertise ranges from construction management to civil engineering design to environmental permitting. With his experience as a client as well as a consultant, BJ brings a unique approach to project development, as well as problem solving in a cost-effective, timely, and responsible manner.
Since joining RETTEW in 2011 as a Project Manager, BJ has served in a variety of roles involving both operational and business development responsibilities. In his role as Senior Program Manager, BJ was instrumental in building our business and diversifying our client and project portfolio in the upstream oil and gas market. When the company restructured at the beginning of 2022, BJ moved into his current role as Regional Practice Director where he has helped bolster our HSE work in Region 2 while continuing our forward momentum in the renewable energy market, as well as other design-build opportunities across all our markets.
