Casey Bartkus Promoted to Facilities Team Lead
We are excited to announce the promotion of Casey Bartkus to Facilities Team Lead. Casey has been an invaluable member of our Facilities team since joining RETTEW in 2024 as a Senior Project Manager. With nearly 15 years of experience in environmental studies, permitting, remediation, site design, and land use planning, Casey has consistently demonstrated his expertise and dedication.
Throughout his career, Casey has worked with numerous upstream and midstream oil and gas operators, providing essential support in environmental planning and permitting, freshwater and reuse water sourcing, incident response and remediation, and site design across several states, including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Additionally, Casey has experience as a renewable energy developer, having supported the development of community solar projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, and New Mexico from origination through permitting and into construction.
In his new role as Facilities Team Lead, Casey will be responsible for driving the team with a refined focus on the solar energy market. His key responsibilities will include stabilizing the team after significant changes throughout 2024 and ensuring the team continues to provide the engineering and design support that drives our solar EPC projects.
Casey’s drive, personality, and extensive experience make him the perfect fit for this role. He has a proven ability to build a team culture focused on responsiveness and client satisfaction while driving higher profitability. His background in the fast-paced oil and gas industry will be instrumental in applying a responsive and efficient approach to our Facilities team.
