David DiGioia Joins RETTEW as Senior Transportation Engineer
We are pleased to welcome David DiGioia, PE, to RETTEW as a Senior Engineer on our Transportation Team! With more than 30 years of experience in program and project management, transportation and traffic engineering, transportation planning, civil design, and data analysis, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
David excels in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating stakeholder engagement and public outreach, and incorporating sustainability components and policy into his projects. His technical proficiencies include traffic signal design, crash data analysis, roadway design, and developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction.
As a Senior Engineer at RETTEW, David will apply his expert knowledge of current engineering principles and practices to mentor engineers, resolve crucial issues, and lead programs of moderate complexity and scope. He will also be instrumental in shaping environmentally conscious and cost-effective designs for our clients.
