Act 13 Programs: Marcellus Legacy Fund
Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED)
This program funds statewide initiatives for abandoned mine drainage abatement and treatment; baseline water quality data; flood mitigation; greenways, trails, and recreation; orphan or abandoned well plugging; sewage facilities; and watershed restoration and protection. Safe Streets and Roads for All
U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)
The Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program funds regional, local, and Tribal initiatives through grants to support planning, infrastructure, behavioral, and operational efforts aimed at preventing deaths and serious injuries on roads and streets. Lancaster Conservancy
The Susquehanna Riverlands Conservation Landscape (SRCL) Mini-Grant Program provides small competitive grants for projects that advance the SRCL mission. Susquehanna Riverlands includes municipalities along the Susquehanna River in Lancaster and York Counties. DETAILS
