U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Enhance Sites Program (PA SITES)
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)
PA SITES provides grant and loan funding to eligible applicants to develop competitive sites for businesses to relocate or expand in Pennsylvania. The funding consists of two components: Planning Grants and Construction Grants and Loans. DETAILS
Statewide Waterway Access Grant (SWAG)
Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers (POWR)
Offered by POWR, in partnership and with funding support from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, this program provides grants for the design and engineering, construction, or upgrade and rehabilitation of non-motorized public access projects throughout Pennsylvania.
