Chesapeake Watershed Investments for Landscape Defense (WILD) Grants
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF)
The Chesapeake Watershed Investments for Landscape Defense (WILD) Grants program provides funds for projects that restore, conserve, and connect the fish and wildlife habitat of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. This program offers three funding opportunities: Implementation, Collaborative Conservation, and Planning and Technical Assistance. DETAILS
2026 Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2)
Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR)
This program provides funding for seven types of grants covering community and watershed forestry, community recreation and conservation planning, land acquisition and conservation, motorized trails, non-motorized trails, and park rehabilitation and development. LEARN MORE

This grant provides a unique opportunity for education, restoration, and protection projects to improve water quality. DETAILS
DCED’s Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) Program
Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED)
Grants can be used to develop, rehabilitate, and enhance transportation assets to ensure a safe and reliable transportation system is available to Pennsylvania residents. Projects with a total cost of $100,000 or more are eligible. LEARN MORE
