Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)

Also known as the “Green Light-Go Program,” this reimbursement state grant was established to improve the efficiency and operation of existing traffic signals in Pennsylvania. Eligible entities that submit a completed pre-application scoping form by the January 2, 2026, deadline are eligible to apply when the call opens March 1, 2026. DETAILS


Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP)

This program provides reimbursement grants ranging from 50% to 80% of eligible project costs to small businesses in the commonwealth to improve energy efficiency or reduce pollution or waste by upgrading or replacing equipment or supplies, improving processes, or reducing runoff into affected waterways. Please note: Applications are accepted until March 13, 2026, or until the funds are exhausted for the fiscal year, whichever occurs first. LEARN MORE


Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC)

The Consumptive Use Mitigation Grant Program funds projects that mitigate consumptive use or improve drought resilience in the Susquehanna River Basin. SRBC anticipates awarding approximately $4 to $6 million in total grant funding, with anticipated individual project awards of $100,000 or more. DETAILS
