Keystone Grants for Public Library Facilities
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)
The Keystone Grants for Public Library Facilities program provides funding of up to 50 percent of eligible costs for planning, acquiring, constructing, or rehabilitating public library facilities. Applications must be submitted by a sponsoring municipality. DETAILS
2026 Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3) Education Grant
Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC)

WIFIA Program
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program is a federal loan and guarantee program at EPA that provides long-term, low-cost supplemental credit assistance for regionally and nationally significant projects. Funds are offered on an ongoing basis. DETAILS
