RETTEW is proud to announce the Hamilton Street Streetscape Improvements project in Allentown, completed for our client City Center Group, has been honored with a 2025 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philadelphia Award for Excellence in the Open Space category.

The ULI Philadelphia Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding and transformational development projects and programs throughout the region. Winning entries represent the highest standards in the land use and real estate industry and demonstrate a commitment to shaping vibrant, inclusive, and resilient communities.

The Hamilton Street Streetscape Improvements project is a great example of this mission in action. Located in the heart of Allentown, the project enhances the city’s urban core through improved streetscapes, pedestrian-focused design, and infrastructure upgrades that support economic development and community engagement.
