Make-A-Wish Truck Convoy Makes Its Mark
On Saturday, May 9, RETTEW employees, family, and friends came together to support a beloved community tradition at the Make-A-Wish Truck Convoy in Lancaster County, PA.

The convoy brings together truck drivers, Wish families, local businesses, and volunteers for a day that blends fundraising with family-friendly activities. From the procession of trucks to the carnival atmosphere with food, games, and raffles, the event offers a variety of ways for attendees to participate and support the mission of Make-A-Wish. For more than 35 years, the truck convoy has helped grant wishes for children across the Susquehanna Valley. In 2025 alone, 40 wishes were granted during the event, contributing to more than 1,000 wishes fulfilled overall that year. Since its beginning, the convoy has supported over 8,600 wishes for local children.
RETTEW volunteers assisted throughout the day, supporting event activities while spending time alongside colleagues, family members, and friends who joined the effort. The turnout reflected a strong sense of community involvement and shared purpose.

Support from RETTEW’s Make Your Mark Foundation also played a role in this year’s event. A recently approved grant, sponsored by RETTEW Senior Designer Todd Geltmacher, helped provide lunch and special giveaways for Wish children and their families. In addition, RETTEW President & CEO Clayton Bubeck sponsored Make Your Mark Foundation volunteer shirts for participants.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to volunteer and support the event. Your involvement helped contribute to an important cause and a well-supported community effort.
