RETTEW is pleased to announce that Andy Bennett will officially step into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on April 7, 2025, succeeding Rob Lauriello as part of the company’s succession plan.
Andy Bennett joined RETTEW on July 29, 2024, as Vice President of Operations. With over 30 years of experience in the AEC industry, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to RETTEW. He previously worked at Pennoni Associates, Inc. for 19 years, where he served as Regional Vice President overseeing the business operations of nine offices in Pennsylvania. His responsibilities included project performance, client relations, talent development and retention initiatives, and business development.
As COO, Andy will be responsible for developing and overseeing technical excellence to drive and support RETTEW’s strategic direction. He will oversee all day-to-day technical operations, with the objective of delivering profitable and exceptional projects and services to clients. He will also lead the development and implementation of annual business plans and quality management plans, working closely with the President & CEO, and CFO to ensure successful project performance throughout the company.
“Andy is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of managing diverse business operations, increasing profitability, strengthening client relationships, and developing people,” said Clayton Bubeck, RETTEW President & CEO. “His energy and vision will undoubtedly support RETTEW’s continued growth and success.”
Rob Lauriello has been instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition. He has worked closely with Andy, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience while coaching and mentoring him to prepare for this critical role. Rob will remain with RETTEW until his retirement, transitioning to the role of Senior Advisor/Project Manager. In this capacity, he will continue to manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
“Rob’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping RETTEW into the company we are today,” Mr. Bubeck said. “We thank him for his contributions over the last 27 years and for supporting Andy as he takes on this exciting new chapter in his career.”
