RETTEW Appoints David DiGioia as Transportation Market Lead
RETTEW is pleased to announce the promotion of David DiGioia, PE, to Transportation Market Lead, effective October 18, 2025.
David joined RETTEW in March 2025 as a Senior Engineer in our Pittsburgh office, bringing more than three decades of experience in transportation and traffic engineering, planning, and civil design. His leadership and technical expertise have already made a strong impact, and his promotion marks a significant step forward in RETTEW’s strategic growth within the Transportation sector.
Throughout his career, David has led multidisciplinary teams, engaged stakeholders and communities, and delivered infrastructure solutions that prioritize sustainability and client success. His technical capabilities span traffic signal design, crash data analysis, roadway design, and the development of construction plans and cost estimates. His relationship-first approach and deep understanding of client needs have helped build lasting partnerships across both public and private sectors.
As Transportation Market Lead, David will guide the strategic direction of the market, working closely with our business development and technical teams to identify opportunities that align with RETTEW’s strengths and long-term goals. His leadership comes at a pivotal time as we bring fresh energy and sharpened focus to our Transportation group.
