RETTEW Promotes Eric Brinser to Regional Practice Director for Planning & Design Practice

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Brinser to Regional Practice Director for Planning & Design, effective June 27, 2026.

Eric began his RETTEW career more than 26 years ago as a Project Landscape Architect. Over that time, he has grown into one of RETTEW’s Planning & Design Practice’s most respected leaders, trusted advisors, and mentors. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Eric brings a proven track record of leadership, client service, and project delivery to this new role.

Throughout his career at RETTEW, Eric has held a variety of progressively responsible leadership and project management positions. Most recently, he served as a Land Development Team Lead, guiding projects, mentoring staff, and cultivating strong client relationships across the region. His extensive multidisciplinary project experience positions him exceptionally well to lead the diverse disciplines within our Planning & Design practice.

Eric is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality. He has consistently exemplified RETTEW’s core values and earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike. A champion of growth and innovation, Eric has been an early adopter of new tools and processes and is well known for building strong teams, empowering those around him, and leading by example.

As a Regional Practice Director, Eric will provide strategic leadership across the Planning & Design practice, strengthening client relationships, supporting team development, driving operational performance, and positioning the practice for continued growth. His focus will include cultivating future leaders, improving project performance, and aligning regional efforts with RETTEW’s broader strategic objectives.
