RETTEW Welcomes Ed Reese as Senior Business Development Lead

We are pleased to announce Ed Reese has rejoined RETTEW as a Senior Business Development Lead, effective February 9, 2026. Based in our Pittsburgh office, Ed brings more than 30 years of experience in the transportation and civil engineering consulting industry.

Ed previously worked at RETTEW from 2012 to 2016 and returns to the firm with more than three decades of experience in the transportation and civil engineering consulting industry. His background spans highway and bridge, transit, aviation, rail, water/wastewater, and public-sector infrastructure work, with a strong focus on strategic planning, capture planning, pursuit management, client development, and government affairs.

Ed has also held senior leadership and market-facing roles at other AEC firms where he expanded infrastructure programs, increased geographic market presence, strengthened partnerships, and supported sustained growth across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. His experience includes planning and strategy development, expanding and strengthening client relationships, and establishing effective teaming arrangements in highly competitive markets.

In Ed’s role with RETTEW he will focus on advancing growth initiatives, strengthening client relationships, supporting market strategies, and identifying new partnership opportunities in alignment with RETTEW’s long-term growth goals.
