Sam Bombara Receives RETTEW’s 2025 Presidential Award of Excellence
We’re proud to announce Sam Bombara, Natural Sciences Team Lead, has been named the recipient of RETTEW’s 2025 Presidential Award of Excellence (PAE)!
The PAE is RETTEW’s highest annual honor, recognizing an employee who consistently exceed expectations. Each year, our President & CEO selects the winner from our quarterly Above & Beyond Award recipients, individuals who demonstrate ongoing excellence aligned with RETTEW’s vision, purpose, and core values.
Sam was our fourth quarter Above & Beyond Award winner and exemplifies these qualities every day. She works proactively to improve outcomes and foster team cohesion, collaborating across disciplines to keep complex projects on track while accommodating individual schedules. Her attention to detail ensures high-quality field data, deliverables, and thorough reviews.
Sam also acts with an owner mentality, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting staff, and sharing her extensive technical knowledge. Her resilience, organization, and passion for RETTEW make her an invaluable colleague.
