To Inspire and Empower

One of RETTEW’s Project Managers, Melissa Kelly, is participating as a mentor in the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Women in Business Mentoring Program.

The program’s mission is to inspire, advise, and empower students on their future career path through positive connections in the business community.

Students are mentored for eight months and benefit from other aspects of the program such as a DISC Plus profile assessment, learning about the local labor market, and participating in hands-on job shadowing experiences. The students also learn about business communication and corporate social responsibility through volunteerism.

Melissa will be paired with a girl from a local school, and together they will spend time in the girl’s school and off-site in a variety of ways to learn and grow.

RETTEW’s staff are very committed to our communities and can regularly be found making a difference in people’s lives!
