RETTEW leaders are recognized throughout the industry and the business community in general for their guidance and expertise. And they’re often asked to put their experience to good use.
Mark Lauriello, President and CEO of RETTEW, recently was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.
The PA Chamber advocates for businesses across the Commonwealth to expand job creation, workforce development, and business growth. Directors are responsible for determining policy positions, assisting with membership recruiting and retention, and participating in committees.
RETTEW’s President since 2004, Lauriello has worked at the firm for more than 28 years. His numerous achievements include landing RETTEW at the top of Engineering News-Record’s list of fastest-growing design firms in the country, opening three new offices in 2017, and nearly doubling the number of employees while expanding the firm’s target markets and service offerings.
Lauriello is a professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience, working on engineering and planning projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. During his career at RETTEW, he has held multiple roles, including project manager, director, and vice president, before taking on his current responsibilities.
His community involvement has included serving on the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County’s Finance Corporation Board of Directors and Loan Committee, on the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Community Prosperity Hub Advisory Council, as chairman of the Manor Township Planning Commission in Lancaster County, as chairman of the Blue Rock Regional Fire District, and as an instructor for Junior Achievement.
We’re so excited for Mark in this new role as part of the greater business community across Pennsylvania! Congrats!
