RETTEW served as the land development consultant for the award-winning Advanced Health Care of Allentown, a new short-term nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lower Macungie Township. The project supports Advanced Health Care’s mission of delivering specialized transitional medical care through thoughtfully planned, efficient, and compliant site design.

The approximately 10-acre site required extensive due diligence and entitlement coordination prior to development. RETTEW’s civil engineering solutions were shaped by environmental conditions, access requirements, and long-term operational needs. RETTEW collaborated closely with the owner, architect, contractor, and legal team to streamline approvals, support agency coordination, and maintain project momentum.
