RETTEW partnered with Advanced Health Care to transform a 3.78-acre undeveloped parcel in a commercial corporate center into a state-of-the-art transitional care facility. The 33,350-SF building provides 64 beds and is supported by 64 parking spaces, meeting the growing demand for short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services in Northampton County.
The project required navigating complex regulatory and environmental challenges, including zoning approvals, stormwater management, and NPDES permitting. RETTEW’s team delivered innovative solutions to address karst geology and infiltration constraints, ensuring compliance while optimizing site functionality. Our integrated approach included surveying, geotechnical analysis, and traffic engineering to create a safe, efficient, and accessible site layout.
