Fulton Bank ADA Compliance Reporting

As a long-standing client, Fulton Bank has partnered with RETTEW for various site improvements at its facilities in several states. The financial institution has experienced significant growth in recent years, which included the purchase of many older branch banks in need of physical improvements and repairs. RETTEW has worked with Fulton Bank over a two-year period to assist a number of their branch banks in identifying Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliance issues.

RETTEW completed field surveys, performed in-depth reviews to confirm compliance with current ADA requirements, investigated local and county ordinances that may impact the improvements, and developed proposed site plans and cost estimates for the improvements. This work enabled Fulton Bank to improve convenience and accessibility for its customers at more than 80 branch banks and office sites throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.
