RETTEW collaborated with High Real Estate Group on this extensive mixed-use project, which included a roadway extension, a 207,000-SF industrial flex/warehouse building, the 87,000-SF Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Transportation Center, and a close to 100-unit manufactured home community called the Villages at Greenfield. This is Phase 2 of a 100-acre development called Greenfield North, strategically located in East Lampeter Township, and offering easy access to State Route 30. The project presented several challenges, including optimizing site circulation and configuration, managing grading and cut/fill analysis, and designing an efficient stormwater management system. RETTEW’s comprehensive land development services addressed these issues effectively, ensuring a well-integrated site layout. The team meticulously planned utility routing and sizing, incorporated code-required landscaping, and extended the roadway to enhance connectivity.
