The client owns what has been one of the premiere residential rental communities in the Lancaster County region. With this 97-acre facility being more than 40 years old, a redesign was in order to increase units and incorporate more restaurants and shops to encourage more community activity. RETTEW, working as a subconsultant, assisted the client with the development of conditional use submissions, environmental permitting, and stormwater analysis. This allowed the community redevelopment to be done in phases over the next five years with minimal disruption to the existing residents, ensuring a viable community for the future residents of Lancaster County in a cost-effective manner.
