Shank’s Extracts Land Development

RETTEW supported Shank’s Extracts with a series of site and facility improvements aimed at expanding operations, increasing building space, and addressing growing parking demands. The client faced limited parking capacity, construction-related impacts, and regulatory requirements tied to stormwater and zoning. Our team stepped in to provide coordinated design solutions that supported long-term growth while maintaining daily manufacturing operations.

We completed a parking study to assess existing conditions and projected needs across multiple Shank’s Extracts properties. The analysis identified capacity gaps, circulation issues, and construction impacts, helping the client plan for immediate and future parking needs and guiding the layout of new parking areas. Using these findings, RETTEW provided site design for the building expansions, revised parking layouts, and completed stormwater and utility improvements to support site development. We focused on maximizing on-site parking while meeting municipal stormwater requirements. RETTEW also assisted with municipal coordination, preparing stormwater documents and zoning submissions and helping secure required approvals and variances.

By integrating analysis, coordination, and efficient site design, RETTEW delivered practical, compliant solutions that improved site functionality and supported Shank’s Extracts ongoing expansion efforts.
