Willow Valley – Providence Park Community Design

RETTEW worked with the Willow Valley Retirement Community over five years to improve their existing northern campus and facilities and to develop the next phase of its premier residential community. They needed a firm that could work with existing site constraints and design a facility that would work well with the adjacent Willow Valley development and surrounding neighborhood context.

RETTEW worked with Willow Valley to design Providence Park, a 114-unit housing community with a mix of apartments, duplexes, and single homes. We planned the entire community around a series of open space amenities including two ponds, walking trails, picnic groves, and a community center. The walkways and road network tie directly into the existing walkways and roads within Willow Valley to promote a strong connection between this development and the existing facilities.
