High Real Estate Group wanted to establish a power/lifestyle center on an inactive industrial site. Recycling the site would bring new economic growth to the community without additional unwanted sprawl. This new commercial center would provide a one-stop shopping opportunity unlike any other in York County. Situated at U.S. Route 30 and Mount Zion Road, this center would offer an easily accessible, convenient location with a variety of dining and shopping venues.

RETTEW provided a wide range of services beginning with the initial due diligence to determine the maximum leasable square footage. Existing conditions, topographic limitations, floodplain restrictions, and zoning limitations were determining factors in the design of the site concept plans. Coordination with local, county, and state jurisdictions to obtain approvals enabled the project to proceed in an expedited fashion.
