RETTEW Named One of Pennsylvania’s Greatest Places to Intern

RETTEW has been named one of the 2026 Greatest Places to Intern in PA by the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, recognizing our firm’s commitment to providing meaningful internship experiences that prepare students for successful careers.

The award was presented during a National Intern Day luncheon and press conference at the Pennsylvania Capitol in Harrisburg, where employers from across the Commonwealth were recognized for creating exceptional opportunities for interns through experiential learning, professional development, and workforce development.

At RETTEW, our ASPIRE Internship Program is designed to give students more than just a summer job. Interns gain hands-on experience by contributing to real projects alongside experienced employees while building technical knowledge, developing professional skills, and exploring potential career paths. Throughout the summer, they also participate in networking opportunities, educational sessions, and mentorship experiences that help prepare them for the transition from the classroom to the workplace.

The Pennsylvania Chamber Foundation created the Greatest Places to Intern in PA awards to recognize employers that are helping strengthen Pennsylvania’s workforce by providing exceptional internship experiences. This initiative supports the Foundation’s broader workforce development efforts by connecting students with meaningful career opportunities and encouraging employers to invest in the next generation of professionals.
