Our exploration and production client came to RETTEW with critical needs for dedicated, professional field staff to manage their northern Marcellus operations. The client needed efficient supervision and help with traffic management to keep their production on schedule while maximizing space and processes.

RETTEW maintained 24/7 site operations at this location for over a year, and then moved with our client to perform the same services on subsequent sites. Daily responsibilities included tailgate safety meetings, status reports on site activities, truckload radiological (RAD) inspection logs, job safety assessments, and incident and near-incident reports. Our project manager used RETTEW’s established tracking and communication procedure to assess the process, efficiency, and accuracy of the operations while working from a mobile office onsite. RETTEW also provided daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and communicated immediate information as needed.

RETTEW delivered on our promise to manage operations with the utmost integrity, while maintaining our commitment to safety and environmental compliance. Our staff kept the location clean and free of potential hazards; monitored RAD of outbound vehicle fluids; documented hauling manifests into summary tables for streamlined administration; and documented daily activities to measure zero-spill practices. Because of our presence and expertise, the site was rigorously monitored and achieved the client’s goals of safety, efficiency, and production.
