RETTEW provided essential engineering services for the design and construction of a new Cenci’s Pizza restaurant in Cranberry Township. This new location expands the footprint of Cenci’s Pizza across the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh. The project posed numerous challenges related to the site’s topography, regulatory compliance, and the need for effective stormwater management and erosion control.
We began with a detailed topographic survey of the site showing all surface features, elevations, and adjacent utilities, enabling us to gain precise insights into the site’s characteristics. The topographic analysis formed the basis for a thoughtful site layout that seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. We navigated the complex landscape of regulatory requirements and secured timely approvals, minimizing potential project delays. RETTEW also implemented practical stormwater and erosion control solutions tailored to the local climate, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering sustainable land development. By addressing these critical aspects, our approach not only met the immediate needs of the project but also set the stage for long-term environmental stewardship.
The outcome of the project helped create not just a new restaurant but a sustainable addition to the community, demonstrating our commitment to pragmatic engineering solutions.
