The last steel beam is in.
At Five City Center in Allentown, PA, City Center’s latest project at 8th and Hamilton Streets, the last beam went up after a beam-signing celebration earlier this fall.
The mixed-use development will include offices, apartments, a parking deck, and a hotel.
At more than 200 feet tall, the 300,000-square-foot building will have permanent live trees in the lobby, with retail on the ground floor and commercial space above. ADP is the primary tenant and will move into ten floors of the building.
RETTEW provided surveying, site design and planning, traffic and transportation engineering, and stormwater analysis and design on the development.
