After her dad experienced a workplace injury, Samantha Harsh personally understood the importance of workplace safety and decided to pursue it as a career. Driven by her desire to help people and know they are protected, Samantha has been educating others on construction oversight and safety, including first aid and CPR, fire safety, and fall protection, for close to ten years. She proudly shares that her work came full circle when she learned a former CPR student saved a coworker’s life because of their training.
When she is not staying on top of the latest safety guidelines and regulations to ensure employees and companies follow pertinent safety laws, you can find her watching “Moana” – her daughter’s favorite movie – or teaching dance. Since 2014, she has instructed children of all ages on lyrical, tap, jazz, and hip-hop techniques. She also lends her talents to building the skills of the younger students (five to eight year-olds) performing on the mini-competition squad.
