Meet Shaun Davidson, RETTEW’s Health, Safety & Environment Team Lead, whose professional journey is as diverse as his personal interests. With over two decades in occupational safety and environmental health, Shaun’s expertise spans risk management, compliance, and corporate safety program leadership. He’s the go-to guy for ISO standards and has a knack for training others in everything from lockout/tagout to emergency action plans.
Beyond the gap analyses and emergency action plans, Shaun’s true colors shine through. He’s a man for all seasons, but his favorite is fall, with its perfect blend of warm days and cool nights and spectacular leaf show. When he’s not on the job, you will probably find him teeing off on the golf course, reeling in smallmouth bass, or hitting a home run on the baseball field.
Shaun’s passion for the outdoors is matched only by his love for history and camaraderie. His admiration for the Greatest Generation shines through his fascination with World War II history, drawn to their stories of resilience and heroism, and he’s watched his “Band of Brothers” DVD set more times than he can count. While he might dream of controlling metal like Magneto, he chooses instead to lead our team of superheroes, building safer workplaces one audit or training session at a time.
